i think setting affect the story better cause if you dont have a story the people in the troy could be floating in place another way that setting affects the story is it can affect the mood like if its a happy story in a mental institution itll sound weird. my final reason the setting can affect the story is because it give the reader something to relate to
I think the setting does affect the story because its on where people are and how do you feel about it. like if it is in a creepy house then you might feel spook out or scared but if they setting is in a nice flower field then you be happy and junk
it affects the story because depending on where the story takes place determines what the story will be like.If the setting is in a cool place the story might be more interesting.
the setting allows the reader to make a connection, it provides them with an idea or picture of where an event is taking place, and if a place is in a dark place the story could be a horror or something.
